Good-bye first Trimester!!!!! Wooohooo :) It feels wonderful. I still don't feel "pregnant" but knowing I'm progressing is wonderful. I have a little baby bump to prove it, although at this point, it just looks like fat LOL I'm a small framed woman to begin with, so right now it just looks like I gained 10 lbs haha. But I've only gained 3lbs, and apparently thats pretty good for a first trimester, especially considering the amount of stress I've been under.
My husband was looking at our baby names book yesterday. We are having trouble with names, as nothing seems to stand out just yet. Thank goodness we have 6 months to figure it out. And probably when the baby is born, we'll have a name all picked out for it, and look at it and have to change it b/c he or she just doesn't look like a ------ whatever name we've picked. I've heard that happens quite a bit.
We visited our family a bit this weekend and went on a roadtrip on sat, which is why I've been a little lazy on the blogging lately, sorry :) The family is so excited about the baby. Oh it makes me so happy to know that it is so loved already. My mother and step-father bought it some gifts already! I told them not to, so they decided they would buy me some toys and clothes, and if they didn't fit the decor or were to small for me, well I should just keep them till jan and they might fit SOMEONE. LOL They are too cute.
As for symptoms, well, I'm starting to feel like I may be getting a bit more energy. I'm still having trouble choking down chicken and red meat, and, well, pretty much anything at suppertime. Itchy Itchy skin, although its not dry, so I guess thats the baby growing and stretching my skin. They say its the size of a peach now! Interesting! I was in the supermarket the other day and was walking by the fruit. It was the size of a grape one week, and a prune, and a raspberry, and now a peach. Then I walked by the watermelon and almost had a panic attack when I saw the size of it :0 hehe
